"בינינו" הוא משחק שיחה דיגיטלי לזוגות. לאחר הרכישה כל בן/בת זוג מקבל/ת קישור אישי למילוי שאלון פרטי, ובסיום שני המילויים נפתח עמוד משותף המציג את התשובות זו לצד זו. המוצר הוא מוצר דיגיטלי בלבד - אין מוצר פיזי ואין משלוח. הגישה ניתנת באמצעות קישורים הנשלחים לכתובות הדוא"ל שתמסרו.
התשלום מתבצע באמצעות ספק הסליקה Lemon Squeezy, המשמש כ"סוחר הרשום" (Merchant of Record) עבור העסקה. המחירים נקובים בדולר אמריקאי ($) וכוללים מס כחוק, ככל שחל. אישור העסקה וחשבונית נשלחים לכתובת הדוא"ל שמסרתם.
מדיניות הביטולים וההחזרים, לרבות ההתייחסות לכך שמדובר במוצר דיגיטלי, מפורטת במדיניות הביטולים וההחזרים המהווה חלק בלתי נפרד מתקנון זה.
השימוש בשירות כרוך במסירת פרטים ובמילוי תשובות אישיות. אופן איסוף, שמירת ושימוש במידע מפורט במדיניות הפרטיות שלנו.

Payment is processed through the payment provider Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the "Merchant of Record" for the transaction. Prices are stated in US Dollars ($) and include tax as required by law, where applicable. Confirmation of the transaction and an invoice are sent to the email address you provided.
The cancellation and refund policy, including its treatment of the fact that this is a digital product, is set out in the Cancellation and Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms of Use.
